Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Butter Breathe, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our studio operations. Please review the following guidelines carefully before booking.

1. Class Cancellations

Students may cancel a scheduled class within the designated cancellation window (minimum 12–24 hours before the class start time). Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a class credit or rescheduling, depending on the package purchased.

Cancellations made after the allowed window, or failure to attend a booked class without prior notice (no-show), may result in forfeiture of the session without refund or credit.

2. Packages & Memberships

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Packages must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase. Expired sessions cannot be extended unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded unless due to medical emergencies supported by valid documentation and approved by management.

3. Workshops, Retreats & Special Programs

For workshops, retreats, and special programs:

• Cancellations made well in advance (for example, 7–14 days prior) may be eligible for partial refund.
• Cancellations made closer to the event date may not be eligible for refunds due to preparation and reservation commitments.
• Deposits paid for retreats or special events are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Butter Breathe.

Specific cancellation terms for each event will be communicated at the time of registration.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Butter Breathe reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative or transaction fees from approved refunds.

5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If Butter Breathe cancels a class, workshop, or program due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• A class credit, or
• An option to reschedule.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that medical emergencies or unavoidable situations may occur. Requests for special consideration must be submitted in writing with relevant documentation. Approval will be at the sole discretion of studio management.
